Why does the size of the kitchen matter?
There is always an argument, especially in my house on how small the kitchen is. But just how big do you need the kitchen to be? Do you really need one of those big fancy designer kitchens? To be honest I don’t think I will ever quite understand why people need such big kitchens when all they are used for is cooking and the occassianal party. So how come people will spend so much money on thier brand new kitchen when they only use it once a day to cook in? I couldn’t tell you if I was being really honest
idea.
The reason I think that is behind why people want such big kitchens is simply because they like impressing their friends, looking at some of the designs I can see why they would want one.
A lot of the time in a party situation it is where everyone starts the evening. That is the first thing somebody will do when they get into someone’s house, they will walk straight into the kitchen and compare it to their own. It’s one of the human being’s worse attributes, to judge everyone else. How much money do you have to spend on a new kitchen before people will start seeing it as a really unique, modern, well designed kitchen?
Well there have been for several years in my house, debates on whether or not we should get an extension in the house purely for a bigger kitchen. I don’t think I ever will see the point in having a huge kitchen. As in my house where all the kitchen is used for is cooking one maybe two meals a day with only one person being in there at any one time. How come after a party everyone wants a bigger kitchen? Theres a lot of people out there that really care about what people think about their homes and it’s really that simple. As well as this there are some fantastic top of the range kitchens out there as well as the bespoke kitchens that you design yourself. It.
